NON-SKID

NON-SKID STUFF FROM THERAPIST
Have you ever gone in the kitchen to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich? Think about what you do to prepare that sandwich. Now put one hand behind your back and try to do it. I got so frustrated that I would just give up. The more hungry I got it, the more mad I got. And that's when I would go in and figure it out.

I would get a plate and set it on a piece of the nonskid stuff. Then I would  put the bread on the plate. That took care of the plate moving. Now for making the sandwich. Well, I got another piece of blue stuff and set the jar of peanut butter on it which allowed me to then put my hand on the on the lid and open it. Yea, that's half the battle. Then I would take a knife and spread the peanut butter on the bread. Put the lid back on the peanut butter to free up the blue stuff, and get out the jelly. I actually used jam because it's easier to spread. You're going to repeat the steps you did with the peanut butter however, you're going to use a spoon to get it out because this will prevent you from throwing the jar across the room. LOL now you can have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, aren't you happy!! It's better than starving!

Now you have an idea of what you can use the blue stuff for. If you don't have an awesome therapist like I did, you can use anything non-skid for example: self liner.
